We are located and head quartered in Hyderabad where we have three call centres each with a seating capacity of 80-100. Hyderabad is a bustling Metropolis which has done a tremendous job in absorbing people from all over Andhra Pradesh and boasts of numerous business and engineering colleges and training institutes. This provides us with a natural multi lingual talent pool. Our centres are strategically located closer to transportation hubs to make the people’s commute less tiresome.
The IT infrastructure is on par with the most advanced international call centres. We work with state of the art Digital PRIs from Service Providers. There is a predictive/progressive dialer which allows us to extend our distribution capabilities. Every Agent has a dedicated work station with our own CRM application. Every agent speaks over a Plantronics dial pad and head set. Our office is our biggest brand ambassador. It boats of sheer enthusiasm and lively colors and tools which make coming to work every day a lot more fun.
As a client, you get the most accurate reports for your process. Right from the time the agent walks in to the office, to the time he starts making or taking calls, to the no. of hits that he has generated, the amount of time he has spent on calls, on breaks, on talking to live customers you will know the complete details. Our advanced lead management module will allow you to measure the responses of each customer contact and explain clearly his reaction to your product. We also give you a DVD recording of all calls and all interactions.
